Nothing but a positive experience. These guys were able to get me in and get repairs done the next day. Although my business was down for a bit, I wasn't raped on price and feel confident in the repairs knowing all parts were OEM and should last me the remainder of the vehicle life. John runs one of the most honest operations in town.  It all started many years ago when we took our work van thereafter we were told by another shop that the AC needed to be replaced.  He said we were getting lied to and after a quick 5-minute fix, we were good as new.  Ever since that day, I have taken many vehicles to him over the years and am confident in the workmanship, price, etc.  The business is called "Integrity" and I think he represents that to the fullest.

I had my transmission worked on by Jeff at Integrity Transmissions and was very impressed by his straightforwardness. Jeff took the time to ensure that I understood exactly what had gone wrong with my transmission and what the cost for repair was. Jeff also kept me up to date on the progress of the repair which I greatly appreciated. I think what impressed me the most though, was when Jeff helped me in securing the best possible price for a car rental while mine was being repaired. Very professional with a personal touch. My regular mechanic in Venice recommended Integrity Transmissions to me since he does not repair the transmission and I am very glad he did.
